Your purchase being covered for the first 30 days of purchase directly by us , after the first 30 days, if customers have quality issues with the products, they need to contact the manufacture directly for warranty coverage , we negotiated with our vendors an agreement , to allow us to process the warranty replacement trough us, for extra 30 days , so if your products have a factory damage from 31 days to 60 days from the date of purchase, we will contact the vendor on your behalf to process a replacement for the product, this way you do not have to deal with the replacement directly with the manufacture.
The extended warranty covers factory defect with the product , you would need to submit the images of the defect, and we will submit it to the vendor , once the vendor approve the return , you will get a replacement for the product
at this point we can offer you a replacement for a different product trough our catalog, or we can issue a credit for future purchase
once the product being approved as factory damage, the vendor will provide prepaid return Label , and will ship the replacement at no cost to you
Unfortunately no , since we must provide the vendor your information that the product been registered, so please make sure to register your product ASAP
You first must register your product here , due to the selling channel restrictions, all communication must be trough the channel that the product been purchased
The Extended Warranty only cover purchases made in the USA, You can still be covered under the Manufacture warranty directly trough the manufacture
